Anne Marie Nguyen

After graduating from MHS in 2017. I completed my degree in chemical biosciences at the University of Oklahoma with a minor in Japanese in 2020. I then attended medical school at OU and graduated in 2024. I am now currently attending my residency in diagnostic radiology at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington.

Participating in the MHS speech and debate team was a truly valuable experience. I was able to overcome my fear of public speaking and learned about causes that I am passionate about and work for to this very day. It was a great environment to learn and grow in. I recommend all students to give it a try. There are many aspects of speech and debate that people may not be aware of and I’m sure there’s something for everyone to enjoy!
